Ashwagandha has been used for centuries in ancient Indian herbalism as it is believed that the benefits of ashwagandha help support a healthy stress response and promote relaxation. The ashwagandha plant, also known as withania somnifera, and specifically its potent root is thought to balance energy levels for sustained endurance during the day and support healthy sleep cycles during the night.

Our hand harvested, Organic Ashwagandha is ethically grown in Neemuch, India using Regenerative Organic practices like organic compost, low tillage and micro irrigation to protect the land and improve crop quality. Farmers have been growing Ashwagandha for 40 years in this region, with 90% traditionally cultivating Ashwagandha organically for generations.

Ashwagandha is an adaptogen herb, often referred to as the “coping herb”, celebrated and traditionally used in Ayurveda for supporting the body. You may see a lift in energy and mood as well as an overall sense of wellbeing.

How to use Ashwagandha supplement:

Dose: Take 2 Ashwagandha capsules twice daily with food and water.
