Shipping policy

We strive to despatch orders within 2 working days after they have been placed, after which we transfer control over to our delivery partners.

Typically, UK orders are delivered within 5 working days, regardless of the shipping method. If you have any problems with receiving your order then please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us as we cannot take action with couriers until that time has passed.

Occasionally orders may take longer to be delivered due to bank holidays and peak seasons such as Christmas or major promotional events.

Please note: While we and our delivery partners do our best to ensure safe and timely delivery, customers will assume full responsibility if an order is marked as delivered to a safe place and goes missing. This applies if a safe place is selected as a delivery option or noted in the delivery instructions.
